I'm so close! I'm in the homestretch!
But I have a confession. I had a bite (or two) of Ben's hotdog tonight! I figured it'd be smart to slowly reintroduce solid food to my body, instead of ingesting a big meal all at once. (And also, I reeeeeaaaaaallllllyy wanted that bite.) And you know what? It was delicious. But afterwards, I started craving fresh greens. So I made myself a quick little green juice and happily drank it. Tomorrow is day ten, and I'm planning on having juice all day, then solid food for dinner. Maybe some small bites here and there? What's really interesting to me is that for the past few days, I have been so OVER juice. It just didn't seem appetizing to me at ALL. It was only until after I had had a bite of some solid food that I started to really want the juice. Which is great news since I plan to keep juicing a lot in my everyday life, so it'd be nice to actually start liking it again. I'm really thankful to this juice fast for cleaning all the crap out of my body. It feels good knowing that I don't have a bunch of processed food inside of me, clogging me up. But more on that tomorrow, along with my Rainbow of Juices. :) Goodnight! R
